Refund policy

For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, even if the item is still sealed in its original packaging and has not been opened.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Defective Items:
If your product stops functioning within 30 days of receipt, and the issue is not due to user error, please contact us at support@holyfour.com to request an exchange for the same item. Ensure that all accessories and packaging are included to qualify for an exchange. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the full price paid.

Unauthorized Returns:
Packages returned to us without prior approval will be considered a bio-hazard and will be disposed of accordingly.
